palak malai barfi |
It is a delicious sweet dish made with
healthy spinach, milk and dry fruits.
Ingredients
Boiled finely chopped spinach 1 cup
Milk 1
cup
Granulated khoya 2 tbsp
Sugar 6
– 8 tbsp
Soaked saffron in milk 2 tbsp
Almond finely chopped 1 tsp
Pistachio finely chopped 1 tsp
Desi ghee 3
tbsp
For garnish
Silver leaf
Method
Heat desi ghee in a pan, add spinach in it
ans stir for 2 – 3 minutes.
Then add milk, saffron soaked and mix well.

Add khoya, sugar and mix well then cook for 4
– 5 minutes.

Now grease plate and sprinkle chopped almond
and pistachio.

Then pour the cooked spinach on it and spread then freeze
it for 2 hours.

Take out from freeze and cut in pieces.
