Pineapple and suji cake

It is a very good combination of pineapple with semolina. Very easy to prepare this steam cake so try and enjoy it.

 Ingredients
Semolina                                 6 tbsp
Baking soda                            1 tsp
Water                                      as required
Finely chopped pineapple          1 cup
Pineapple slices                       as required
Butter                                      for greasing
Powder sugar                           1 tbsp
Pineapple crush                        1 cup
Jaggery                                    ½ cup
For garnish
Fresh cream
Strawberry
Cherry

Method
First take a bowl, add semolina, baking soda, water and make a batter.
Now add finely chopped pineapple mix well.

Then boil water in a steamer.
In the mean time grease a mould with butter.
Now dust powdered sugar in the mold and arrange the pineapple slice.

Then pour the pineapple batter to the mould.

Again layer the mould with pineapple slices and then pineapple crush.

Now carefully put the mould into the steamer and steam it for 15 -17 minutes.

Within this time heat pan and make a mixture of jaggery and water. Let it cool down.

Take out cake and let it cool down. Attach  star nozzle at cream cone mouth.

Then pour the jaggery mixture on cake and let it soaked.

Garnish the cake with cream, strawberry and cherry.
