Chickpeas falafel made with pleasant flavour
of fenugreek and served with tahini paste.
Ingredients
Boiled chickpeas 2 – 3 cup
Fenugreek leaves chopped ½ cup
Parsley leaves chopped 2 – 3 tbsp
Cumin powder 1
tsp
Cayenne pepper powder 1 – 2 tsp
Black pepper powder 2 tsp
Lemon juice 2
tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to
fry
For salad
Tomato 1 no.
Lettuce leave 1
Lemon juice 3
– 4 tsp
Parsley chopped 1 tsp
For garnish
Tahini paste
Chopped parsley
Mint leaves
Sesame oil

Method
Take a mixer, add boiled chickpeas, chopped
fenugreek leaves, parsley leaves, cayenne pepper, cumin powder, black pepper
powder, lemon juice, salt and make a paste.

Now give the shapes of the prepared paste.

Then deep fry them and remove on tissue.

To prepare salad
Take a mixing bowl, add sliced tomato,
chopped lettuce leaves, parsley leaves, lemon juice and mix well and place on
serving plate.

Place the fried methi falafel on serving
plate and garnish with tahini paste, chopped parsley, mint leaves and put
sesame oil on them.
