It is a unique dish made with stuffed crown
shape bottle gourd pieces with delicious chickpeas mixture and sear fry in
olive and sesame oil.
Ingredients
Bottle gourd 1
Tomato 1
Lemon juice 2
tsp
For paste
Boiled chickpeas 1 cup
Roasted peanut ½ cup
Peanut powder 3
- 4 tbsp
Green chillies finely chopped 3 tbsp
Black pepper powder to taste
Salt to taste
Olive oil 3 – 4 tsp
For frying
Sesame oil 3 – 4 tsp
Olive oil 2 – 3 tsp
Grated cheese 2
tbsp
Black pepper powder 2 tsp
For garnish
Peanut powder
Chopped green chillies
Lettuce leave chopped
Black pepper powder
Method
First peel the bottle gourd and cut in 1 and ½
inches thick pieces.
Then scoop the pieces and give crown shape to
all pieces.

Then blanch the bottle gourd pieces and
tomato with salt and lemon juice.

Now take a mixer and add boiled chickpeas, peanut
powder, seem seeds, chopped chillies, salt, black pepper powder, olive oil and
make a paste.

Now heat olive and sesame oil in a pan, add
the prepare chick peas paste and stir.

Then add grated cheese and mix well, if
required then add little water and mix well and remove in a bowl and let it
comes in room temperature.

Then stuff the blanched bottle gourd pieces
with this chickpeas mixture.

Take out the blanched tomato skin and keep
aside and slice the tomato and place on serving plate.

Heat olive and sesame oil in a pan add tomato
skin, pepper powder.

Then place the stuffed bottle gourd on this
oil and cook for a while then sprinkle lemon juice on them.

Remove and place on serving plate on serving

Garnish with peanut powder, chopped green
chillies, black pepper powder, chopped lettuce leaves.
