It is a very fast and easy to prepare and
tasty dish of fish with chilli and garlic flavour with hung curd.
Ingredients
Sole fish cut in cubes 8 pieces
Onion seeds 1
tsp
Garlic finely chopped 1 tbsp
Chopped green chillies 1 ½ tsp
Hung curd 250
gm
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Mustard oil 2
tbsp
Method
Take a mixing bowl, add hung curd, salt,
turmeric powder and beat well by spoon.

Then add fish cubes and mix well then keep
aside.

Heat mustard oil in a pan and sauté onion seeds
in it.

Then add chopped chillies and stir.

Add chopped garlic and mix well.

Now add the marinated fish with curd mixture
and mix well.

Then cover and cook for 5 – 7 minutes.
The yummy chilli garlic fish is ready to
serve.
