tinda is a healthy, spicy, tasty
and it is very easy to prepare the round gourd vegetable.
Ingredients
Finely chopped apple gourd 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Finely chopped onion 1 cup
Finely chopped chilli ½ tsp
Finely chopped tomato 1 cup
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Water as required
Oil 1 tbsp
Method
Heat oil in pan, add ginger garlic paste and
stir.
Then add chopped onion and chilli and stir until
golden.

Add chopped tomato and stir well.

Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder,
coriander powder and cook the masala with little water till oil separates.

Now add chopped apple gourd, salt and mix
well.

Add some water and cook until water dries up.

Serve in a bowl and garnish with sliced
lemon.
