tinda green curry |
Tinda curry is a healthy, simple and tasty
dish of cook in green paste coriander leaves mixture.
Ingredients
Chopped apple gourd 1 cup
Cumin seed 1
tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt to
taste
For green paste
Chopped ginger 1
tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Chopped green chilles 1 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander 1 cup
Desiccated dried coconut 1 cup
For garnish
Fried dry red chilles
Method
To prepare green paste
Put chopped ginger, garlic, chillies,
coriander, coconut in a blender and make
a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seed, chopped
apple gourd and sauté well.
saute the chopped apple gourd with cumin |
Then add salt, turmeric powder and stir well.

Now add the prepared green paste and mix well.

Add water, salt and cook well until apple gourd become soft.

Serve it in a bowl and garnish with fried dry
red chillies.
