Stir fried stuffed pointed ground served with spicy
gravy is really yummy to enjoy with rice and
dal.
Ingredients
Pointed grounds 6 nos.
Ginger-garlic paste 2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Chat masala 1
tsp
Oil 3 – 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
For paste
Peanuts 1 small bowl
Sesame seeds ½
small bowl
Poppy seeds ½
small bowl
For gravy
Mustard seeds 1
tsp
Curry leaves 5
– 8 nos.
Sliced green chillies 3 – 4 nos.
Onion paste 1
cup
Madras curry powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Water as required
All ground spices 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Coconut milk 2
– 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
Method
For marinating
Make paste of peanut-sesame-poppy seeds.

Take a mixing bowl, add ginger-garlic paste,
coriander powder, salt, chat masala and mix well.
Now slit the pointed ground in four portion
and stuff with the peanut-sesame-poppy seed paste.

Add the stuffed pointed ground in the
marination and coat well.

Now heat oil in a pan, place the stuffed
pointed ground and stir fry from all sides.

To prepare gravy
Heat oil in another pan, add mustard seeds,
curry leaves, sliced green chillies and stir.

Add onion paste stir and add madras curry
powder, red chilli powder, all ground spices, turmeric powder and mix well.

Add required water and salt then mix and make
gravy of it.

Now place the stir fried stuffed pointed
ground on serving plate.
