Parwal Achari

achari parwal
Pointed ground cooked in an unusual way with yummy achari masala. Achari masala is very much used with paneer generally. Best match with puri or paratha.

Ingredients
Sliced pointed ground               1 cup
Sliced snake ground                  1 cup
Sliced onion                              1 cup
Sliced green chilli                      3 – 4 nos.
Sliced tomato                           2 medium
Turmeric powder                        ½ tsp
Achari masala                           1 tsp
Salt                                          to taste
Oil                                            3 tbsp
For garnish
Grated coconut
Coriander leaves

Method
Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onion and sauté.
saute the onion
Add sliced pointed ground and snake ground, sliced green chillies and mix well.
Then add sliced tomato and mix well.
add parwal tomato
Add turmeric powder, achari powder, salt and mix well.
add achari masala
Cook it for 3 – 4 minutes.

Serve achari parwal in a bowl.

 Then garnish with coconut and coriander leaves.
