Pointed ground cooked in an unusual way with yummy achari masala. Achari masala is very much
used with paneer generally. Best match with puri or paratha.
Ingredients
Sliced pointed ground 1 cup
Sliced snake ground 1 cup
Sliced onion 1
cup
Sliced green chilli 3 – 4 nos.
Sliced tomato 2
medium
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Achari masala 1
tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 3 tbsp
For garnish
Grated coconut
Coriander leaves
Method
Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onion and sauté.

Add sliced pointed ground and snake ground, sliced
green chillies and mix well.
Then add sliced tomato and mix well.
add parwal tomato |
Add turmeric powder, achari powder, salt and mix well.
add achari masala |
Cook it for 3 – 4 minutes.
Serve achari parwal in a bowl.
