Parwal Roasties

parwal roasties
Roasties are what the English call roast potatoes. Here the roasties prepare with grated parwal and other ingredients, it is tasty, golden, crispy and crunchy.



Ingredients
Grated pointed ground                1 cup
Grated snake ground                  1 cup
Sliced onion                               1 cup
Sliced red yellow green
bell peppers                               1 cup
Sliced green chillies                    3 – 4 nos.
Rice flour                                   2 tbsp
Chat masala                              1 tsp
Cumin powder                            1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves           1 tbsp
Salt                                           to taste
Oil                                            2 tbsp
For garnish
Hung curd with herbs dip
Coriander leaves

Method
Take a mixing bowl, add grated pointed ground, snake ground.

Add sliced onion, sliced bell peppers, sliced green chillies, rice flour, chat masala, cumin powder, salt, coriander leaves and mix well.

Now take a butter paper, grease some oil and make roasties of the pointed ground mixture on it.

Heat oil in a pan, place the roasties carefully on pan.

Roast them from both sides.

Place the red cabbage leave on serving plate and place the roasties on them.

Garnish with hung curd and coriander leaves.
