Schezwan Sauce

schezwan sauce 
Schezwan sauce is one of the main ingredients of Indo Chinese recipe. Very easy to prepare and can be used for 15 – 20 days.

Ingredients
Kashmiri red chillies                   20 nos.
Red bell pepper                          1 no.
Chopped garlic                           2 tsp
Chopped ginger                          1 tsp
Vinegar                                      1 cup
Tomato paste                             2 tbsp
Salt                                           to taste
Sugar                                        1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder            1 tsp
Sesame oil                                 ¼ cup

Method
Take a bowl, add red chillies and water then keep in oven for 1 minute in high power.

Take out the bowl from oven and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Then drain the water and put the chillies in blender, add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped bell pepper, vinegar, tomato paste.
add all ingredients 
Now add chilli powder, sugar, salt and blend.

Heat sesame oil in a pan on high flame.

Then pour this hot oil into blender and mix with a spoon.

Now keep this prepare schezwan paste in air tight container and keep in fridge. 
store prepare schezwan sauce in air tight container
