Healthy
salad with spring beans, bell peppers with olive oil, vinegar and garnish with
sprouts.
Ingredients
Olive
oil 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Red,
yellow and green
bell
pepper juliennes 1 tbsp
each
String
beans 1 cup
Crushed
black pepper to taste
Salt to
taste
For
garnish
Iceberg
Salad
leaves
Alfalfa
sprouts
Method
In
a mixing bowl take olive oil, vinegar, sugar and mix well.
prepare vinegar mixture |
Add
red yellow green bell pepper juliennes and string beans to the marinade.
put all veg in vinegar mixture |
Now
add salt and black pepper and toss all well.
Heat
a pan and put this mixture and toss on high flame.

Now
plate the prepared salad with iceberg, salad leaves.

Then top with alfalfa
sprouts.
