Potato Puff Pastry Turnovers

potato puff pastry turnover 
Here's a deliciously different way to serve yummy potatoes filling in flaky puff pastry turnovers. Be sure to serve these pastry at your next gathering.

Ingredients
Refined flour dough                    1 cup
Butter                                       200 gm
Oil                                            1 tbsp
Cumin seeds                             ½ tsp
Boiled potatoes                          3 nos.
Peas                                         ½ cup
Salt                                           to taste
Black pepper powder                  ½ tsp
Red chilli powder                        ½ tsp
Dry mango powder                     1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves           1 tsp
Egg                                          1 no.
Nigella seeds                            1 tsp

Method
Make refined flour dough then roll it out.

Put butter on 1/3 portion.

Then fold that portion.

Now fold the remaining portion and cover it with plastic foil.

Then keep it in fridge for 45 minutes.
After take out from fridge again roll it out and do the same process and keep it in fridge.
Repeat this process with butter 3 times and 2 times without butter.
To prepare filling
Within this time in a bowl roughly mash the boiled potato.
Heat oil in pan, add cumin seeds and sauté.
Add potato, blanched peas, salt and mix well.

Then add black pepper powder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Finally takeout the prepared dough-turnover from fridge and open the plastic.

Then roll it out and cut it in 4 parts.

Put the fillings on each part and fold.

Place them on baking tray.
ready to bake 
Sprinkle nigella seeds over them and bake then at 180 degree celsius for 10 minutes or until golden.

Take out from oven and serve hot.
