chickpeas salad |
A very healthy salad with boiled chickpeas
and vegetables and herbs you like.
Ingredients
Leftover boiled chickpeas 2 cups
Chopped onion ¼ cup
Chopped tomatoes ¼ cup
Chopped cucumber ¼ cup
Spring onion bulb chopped 1
Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
Salt to
taste
Lemon juice 1
tbsp
Chopped fresh coriander 1 tbsp
Method
Mix all ingredients and toss well.
