Murg Tangdi Kebab

Chicken leg kebabs cooked in microwave oven. Tangdi Kabab is a famous North Indian delicacy which is usually served as a starter. To make it even more interesting it is served with green chutney and salad.

Ingredients
For marinating
Chicken drumsticks                   3 nos.
Ginger-garlic paste                    2 tsp
Red chilli paste                         1 tsp
Chat masala                             ½ tsp
Lemon juice                              2 tsp
Salt                                          to taste
For tandori masala
Curd                                         1 cup
Gingergarlic paste                     2 tsp
Red chilli paste                         1 tbsp
Chat masala                             1 tsp
Black salt                                 1 tsp
All ground spice                        1 tsp
Lemon juice                              1 tsp
Salt                                          to taste
Oil                                           3 – 4 tbsp
For garnish
Lettuce leaves
Onion ring
Tomato slices
Capsicum rings
Green chutney
Mint leaves

Method
To prepare marinated chicken
First slit the chicken drumsticks.

Take a mixing bowl, put the chicken drumsticks and add ginger garlic paste.

Add red chilli paste, chat masala, lemon juice, salt and mix well.

To prepare tandori masala
Take another mixing, add curd and beat it well.

Then add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli paste and mix well.

Add chat masala, black salt, all ground spice, lemon juice, salt and mix well.

Add add this prepare masala into chicken and mix well.

Add oil and keep aside.

Tip: Keep the marinated chicken for overnight to make the chicken tastier, juicer and more tender.
Now place the marinated chicken drumsticks on baking tray and add the remaining masala on chicken.

Keep the plate in microwave oven for 15 minutes at 170 degree Celsius or until golden brown.
Decorate the serving plate with lettuce leaves, onion rings, tomato, capsicum rings.

Then place the ready chicken tangdi kebab at middle and garnish with green chutney and mint leaves.
