It is a delicious sweet dish for special
occasion with healthy dates and figs. Very easy to prepare and can be stored
for 15 – 20 days.
Ingredients
Ghee 2
tsp
Poppy seeds 2
tsp
Soaked and chopped fig ¼ cup
Chopped mixed dry fruits 2 tbsp
Date paste ¼
cup
Dry and grated coconut 1 tbsp
Powdered sugar 1 ½ tsp
Ghee as
required
Poppy seeds as
required
For garnish
Rose petals decorated with
Silver leaf 5
nos.
Method
Melt ghee in a pan, add poppy seeds and
roast then add date paste and mix well.

Add soaked and chopped fig and stir.

Add chopped mixed dry fruits, date paste and
mix well.

Then add grated coconut, sugar and mix well.

Now remove the mixture in a bowl and mix with
a spoon.

Then apply ghee on palms and make round
shapes like laddoo of the mixture.
Now coat the laddoos with poppy seeds and
place on serving plate.
