Akhrot Kebab

Spiced walnut with healthy raw banana, paneer mixture made into delicious kebabs.

Ingredients
Ginger garlic paste                    2 tsp
Chopped green chillies              1 tsp
Boiled and chopped walnut        ¼ cup
Chopped French beans              ¼ cup
Cashew nut powder                   1 ½ tbsp
Salt                                          to taste
Turmeric powder                        ½ tsp
Coriander powder                       1 tsp
Red chilli powder                        1 ½ tsp
Mawa                                        1 tbsp
Oil                                            2 tsp
Grated raw banana                     ½ cup
Salt                                           to taste
Crushed black pepper                 to taste
Boiled and grated potato             ¼ cup
Grated paneer                            1 1bsp
Almond and walnut powder          1 tbsp
Oil to pan sear                           1 tsp

Method
Heat oil in pan, add ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies and stir.

Add chopped walnut, chopped fresh beans, cashew nut powder, salt and mix well.

Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and mix well.

Then add mawa and mix well.

Now in a bowl add grated raw banana and add the cooked mixture in it.

Then add boiled and grated potato, salt, crushed black pepper and mix well.

Add grated paneer, almond and walnut powder and mix well.
add dry fruit powder and paneer
Now take a portion of the mixture and make tikki.

Heat oil in a pan, place tikkis on it and pan sear from both sides.

Once cooked, remove from pan.
Place on serving plate with fork and garnish with coriander leaves.
