Chilli Paneer

Chilli Paneer is a melt in the mouth starter with Chinese flavour,  is an all time favourite to all that is really easy to prepare.

Ingredients
Paneer (cottage cheese) cubes  250 gm
Corn flour                                  2 tbsp
Oil                                            for frying         
Salt                                          to taste
Green bell pepper                      1 no.
Onions                                      2 nos.
Green chillies                            5 – 6 nos
Chopped garlic                          3 – 4 cloves
Oil                                            1 tsp
Corn flour                                  2 tbsp
Vegetable stock                        ½ cup
Soya sauce                              1 tsp
Tomato ketchup                        1 tbsp
Vinegar                                     1 tsp
Salt                                           to taste

Method
In a bowl put paneer cubes and toss with corn flour and salt.

Deep fry this paneer until golden and keep aside.
In another bowl add corn flour, vegetable stock, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar and mix well.

Slice the capsicum and onions.

Now heat oil in a pan on high flame, add chopped garlic stir and add sliced onion and capsicum and stir well.

Now add fried paneer and toss well.

Then add the prepared soya sauce-ketchup mixture, required salt and mix well until become thick.
add soya sauce mixture and mix well
Remove and serve hot.
