Hot Chocolate

Hot chocolate, also known as hot cocoa, is a  melted chocolate or cocoa powder, heated milk or water A blend of milk, chocolate, sugar make a simple, sweet hot chocolate.

Ingredients

Milk                              400 ml

Sugar                            2 tbsp

Cocoa powder               1 tsp

Grated chocolate slab    2 tbsp

Cream                           for garnish

Method

Boil the milk in a pan.

Boil water in another pan, add sugar and mix until the sugar melts.

add sugar in hot water

Then add cocoa powder and grated chocolate in water and stir well.

Now add the boiled milk in the chocolate mixture and stir well.

Then pour this mixture into serving glass

pour the hot chocolate in glass

Garnish with cream.
