Capsicum Potato sabzi

capsicum potato sabzi 
It is very healthy, simple, easy and fast cooking recipe. In this recipe potatoes and capsicum are sauted together with the spices like all ground spice, crushed coriander seeds.

Ingredients
Sliced capsicum                                    1 cup
Sliced red, yellow
bell peppers                                          1 cup
Cumin seeds                                         1 tsp
Sliced green chillies                               2 – 3 nos.
Sliced onion                                          1 tbsp
Sliced parboiled potato                           1 cup
Sliced tomato                                        1 cup
Crushed roasted coriander seeds            ½ tsp
All ground spice                                     ½ tsp
Salt                                                       to taste
Oil                                                         2 – 3 tbsp

Method
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seed and sliced green chillies and stir.
saute the cumin and chillies 
Then add sliced onion and parboiled potato and stir well.

Now add sliced tomato, sliced green, red, yellow bell peppers, salt and mix well.
add tomato and bell peppers 
Add crushed roasted coriander, all ground spice and toss well.

add spices 
Serve it in serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
serve the capsicum potato sabzi
