Vegetarian Pesto Sigar

It is a healthy dish with bread slice stuffed with pesto sauce and cooked vegetables and rolled in silver foil.
Pesto is a sauce originating in Genoa in the Liguria region of northern Italy
and traditionally consists of crushed garlic, basil, pine nut etc.

Ingredients
Jumbo bread slice                    4 – 5
Mix vegetable                           1 bowl
Chopped green coriander          1 tsp
Chopped onion                         2 tbsp
White sauce                            2 tbsp
Chopped garlic                         1 tbsp
Chopped ginger                        1 tbsp
Chopped green chillies              ½ tsp
Red chilli powder                       ½ tsp
Pesto sauce                              4 tbsp
Basil leaves chopped                 1 tsp
Butter                                       1 tsp
Olive oil                                     1 tsp

Method
To make filling
Blanch chopped cauliflower, baby corn, beans, carrot then mix well.
Heat butter and oil in a pan, add garlic, onion, ginger and sauté.

Then add mix vegetable, chopped chilli, chilli powder, coriander, basil leaves and mix well

Now add white sauce and mix well

Put the bread slice on silver foil and sprinkle water on it.

The roll it and make it flat.

Then spread pesto sauce on it and place the filling.

Now roll it and close both ends like toffee.

Then keep then in freeze for 20 minutes.
Take from fridge and open the silver foil.

Now cut the rolls in pieces.

The keep them on serving plate and garnish with pesto sauce, olive oil, and basil.
