seekh kebab with green chutney as starter or snack. The delicious crispy vegetable kebab is
created with healthy spinach, potato, dal and others.
Ingredients
Mashed
potato 2
Chopped
spinach 1 small bowl
Gram
lentils 1 small
bowl
Grated
khoya 2 tsp
Red
chilli powder 1 tsp
Fenugreek
leaves 2 tbsp
Chopped
ginger 2 tsp
Chopped
garlic 2 tsp
Chopped
green chillies 2 tsp
Salt to
taste

Method
First soak gram lentils for overnight then crush
it in grinder.
Take a mixing bowl, add mashed potato and
chopped spinach.

Then add crushed gram lentils.

Add grated khoya.

Then add fenugreek leaves, ginger, garlic,
red chilli powder, salt, cream then mix well.

Now put this mixture in skewers.

Then deep fry till golden brown.

Remove on tissue.
