It
is a popular mughlai snack which can be easily made at home
soft, juicy chunks of paneer
marinated in curd mixture with sunf and then baked, served with cooked veggies.
Ingredients
For
filling
Grated
cottage cheese 1 cup
Mint
chutney 1 tbsp
Salt to
taste
Crushed
black pepper to taste
For

Curd ½
cup
Ginger
garlic paste 1 ½ tsp
Salt to
taste
Garam
masala powder 2 tsp
Fennel
seeds 1 tsp
Gram
flour 1 ½ tsp
For
accompaniment
Oil 1
tbsp
Red
yellow green
bell
pepper diced 1 cup
Tomato
dices ¼ cup
Onion
dices ¼ cup
Chaat
masala 1 tsp
For
garnish
Mint
chutney
Tomato

leaves
Coriander
leaves
Method
To
make filling
Take
a mixing bowl, add grated cottage cheese, mint chutney, salt, crushed black
pepper and mix well.

To
marinate
Take
a bowl, add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala powder, fennel
seeds, gram flour and mix well.

Now
cut the paneer in cubes and slit it from the center.

Then fill the stuffing into slit.

Then
marinate the cottage cheese (paneer) cubes in the prepared mixture.

Now
keep them on the baking tray and pour the remaining mixture on top of it.

Then
bake at 200 degree Celsius for 10 – 12 minutes.
To
make accompaniment
Heat
oil in a pan add all sliced bell pepper, onion slice, tomato slice, chaat
masala then sauté and cook upto 50%.

Once
baked the paneer remove from oven.
Put
add one by one with half cooked bell pepper onion and tomato in skewer.

Then serve it with mint and tomato chutney, garnish
with coriander and mint leaves.
