It
is a very nutritious stew with soya tofu and healthy vegetables.
Ingredients
Tofu
cubes 1

Chopped
carrot 50 gm

cauliflower 50 gm
Chopped
zucchini 50 gm
Chopped
tomato 50 gm
Chopped
eggplant 50 gm
Chopped
potato 50 gm
Basil 4
– 5 leaves
Dill

chopped 1 tbsp
Garlic
chopped 1 tsp
Tomato
puree 2 tbsp

Vinegar 1 tsp
Salt to
taste

Method
Heat
oil in a deep pan, add garlic and onion then sauté.

add cauliflower, eggplant and mix well.
