Frittata

It is a very healthy and easy to prepare dish with eggs and vegetables with potato..

Ingredients
Egg                                         6
White pepper powder                 2 tsp
Cheese                                    2 tsp
Salt                                          to taste
Chopped onion                          2 tsp
Bell peppers three colours          2 tsp
Chopped spring onion                2 – 3 tsp
Finely sliced potato                   2
Chopped parsley                       1 tsp
Milk                                          2 tbsp
Olive oil                                     2 tsp

Method
Take a mixing bowl, add eggs, milk, white pepper powder and salt then mix well.

Now heat oil in a pan, add onion and sauté then add all bell peppers and sauté.

Add sliced potato and toss well.

Add salt, pepper powder and mix well.

Now pour the egg mixture.

Move the egg little bit and cook for a while.

Sprinkle parsley and spring onion over it.

Flip it with the help of a plate.
