Soybean ki Chaat

soybean chaat
It is a very healthy and mouth watering dish with healthy ingredients without oil.

Ingredients
Boiled soybean                         1 medium bowl
Boiled potato                            1 medium
Mint chutney                             3 tbsp
Boiled green peas                     1 tbsp
Boiled chickpeas                       1 tbsp
Chopped tomato                       1 tbsp
Chopped onion                         1 tbsp
Chopped coriander                    1 tbsp
Curd                                         2 tbsp
Tamarind chutney                      2 tbsp
Red chilli powder                       ½ tsp
Mango powder (amchur)            ½ tsp
Chopped ginger                        1 tsp
Chopped mint                           ½ tsp
Garam masala                          ½ tsp
Chopped green chilli                  ½ tsp
Yellow chilli powder                   ½ tsp
Chaat masala                           1 tsp
Salt                                          to taste
Black salt                                 ½ tsp

Method
Take a big mixing bowl, add boiled soybeans.
put boiled soybean in bowl
Then add green peas, chickpeas, tomato, onion, ginger, chopped boiled potato and mix well.
add potato, peas, onion, ginger
Add red chilli powder, yellow chilli powder, garam masala, mango powder and mix well.
add all powder ingredients
Then add chopped mint, coriander, chilli, mint chutney, tamarind chutney and mix well.
add all chutneys and leaves
Now add curd, salt, black salt and mix well.

after add curd mix well
Remove in serving bowl, garnish with curd, mint chutney, tamarind chutney, coriander and peas.
garnish the soybean chaat
