masala ½ tsp

salt ½ tsp
Method
Take
a big mixing bowl, add boiled soybeans.
put boiled soybean in bowl |
Then
add green peas, chickpeas, tomato, onion, ginger, chopped boiled potato and mix
well.

Add
red chilli powder, yellow chilli powder, garam masala, mango powder and mix
well.
add all powder ingredients |
Then
add chopped mint, coriander, chilli, mint chutney, tamarind chutney and mix
well.
add all chutneys and leaves |
Now
add curd, salt, black salt and mix well.
after add curd mix well |
Remove
in serving bowl, garnish with curd, mint chutney, tamarind chutney, coriander and
peas.
