Papri aur Moong ke dal ki pakora ki chaat

papri aur moong ke dal ki pakora ki chaat
It is a very tasty chaat and ideal for this hot weather.

Ingredients
Papri                                        10 – 12 nos
Yellow lentils                             1 bowl
Chick peas                                3 tbsp
Curd                                         4 tbsp
Tamarind chutney                      4 tbsp
Coriander mint chutney              1 ½ tsp
Boiled potato chopped               2 tbsp                          
Sugar                                       ½ tsp
Black salt                                  ½ tsp
Chaat masala                            1 tsp
Sheb                                        for garnish
Chopped coriander                    1 tbsp

Method
First grind soaked moong dal in thick paste.
Now make small balls from this mixture.

Then deep fry them until very light brown.
Remove in water and keep for a while.
after fry put in water
Now take a mixing bowl, add some broken papri, chickpeas.

Then add boiled potato, powder masala and mix well and add soaked pakora.

Add green chutney, tamarind chutney mix well.

Then add curd and mix well.

Now put it in serving plate and garnish with sheb, whole papri and chopped coriander.
