Daliya ka Sheera

daliya ka sheera
It is a very healthy sweet dish with full of fiber broken wheat.

Ingredients
Desi ghee                                 4 tbsp
Broken wheat                            1 cup
Jaggery                                    1 cup
Water                                       as required
Cardamom powder                    1 tsp
Finely chopped pistachio           2 tsp
Finely chopped almond              2 tsp
For garnish
Finely chopped almond and pistachio

Method
Heat ghee in a pan, add broken wheat and stir until brown.
stir daliya till brown
Now add jaggery and mix well until it melts.
add jaggery 
Then add water and mix well till it dries out.
add water
Now add cardamom powder, finely chopped pistachio and almond and mix well.

Remove on plate and garnish with dry fruits.
