Daliya Soup

daliya soup 
It a very healthy and tasty soup cooked with soaked broken wheat and vegetables. It is specially for diabetic patients.

Ingredients
Olive oil                                    2 – 3 tbsp
Finely chopped onion                2 tbsp
Finely chopped garlic                1 tsp
Finely chopped carrot                1 cup
Finely chopped beans               1 cup
Finely chopped capsicum          4 tbsp
Blanched chopped baby corn     1 cup
Soaked broken wheat                1 cup
Water                                      as required
Black pepper powder                 to taste
Salt                                          to taste
Lemon juice                              1 tsp

Method
Heat olive oil in pan, add chopped onion and garlic and sauté well.

Now add finely chopped carrot and sauté well

Add chopped string beans and blanched baby corn and stir well.

Then add chopped capsicum and stir then add soaked daliya and mix well.

Now add required water, salt and black pepper powder and mix well and let it boil.

Switch off oven and add lemon juice.

Remove soup in serving bowl.
