Mini vegetable cushions

mini vegetable cushions 
It is a healthy recipe with baked tortilla (is a type of thin flat bread made from finely ground wheat flour) with cooked vegetable and milk. It is very good breakfast for diabetic patients.

Ingredients
Margarine                                  2 tbsp
Milk                                          300 ml
Carrot chopped                          2 tbsp
Bell pepper green yellow red       3 tbsp
Zucchini                                    1 tbsp
Green onion chopped                 1 small bowl
Parsley                                     1 small bowl
Basil leaves                              10 – 12 nos
Tortilla                                      6
Egg                                          1

Method
Boil milk in a pan.
Melt margarine in another pan.
add margarine 
Add carrot and stir.

Then add bell peppers and stir well.
add bell pepper and mix well
Now add green onion, zucchini, parsley and mix well and cook for a while.
Add basil leaves in boiled milk and mix well. .

Take a muffin mould and put all tortilla.
Now put the cooked vegetable on each tortilla.

Add egg into hot milk and continue in mixing.

Then pour this egg-milk mixture on each arranged vegetables.

Now bake it on 200 degree centigrade for 6 – 8 minutes.
