Baked Chicken with Rice and Parsley

baked chicken with rice and parsley
It is a very healthy meal with baked chicken, rice and parsley with margarine. It is very good dish for diabetic patients.

Ingredients
Margarine                                  2 tbsp
Chopped garlic                          1 tsp
Chopped onion                          1 tbsp
Chopped mushrooms                 50 gm
Chicken breast pieces               500 gm
White pepper powder                 2 tsp
Cooked rice                              1 bowl
Parsley chopped                       ½ bowl
Egg                                          1
Milk                                          2 tbsp
Chopped green onion                 4 tbsp
Grated cheese                          for garnish

Method
Melt margarine on a pan, add garlic and onion and sauté.
saute onion garlic in margarine 
Then add chicken and mix well. 
add chicken

Add salt and cover-cook for 5 – 7 minutes.

Within this time take a mixing bowl, add cooked rice, parsley, egg, white pepper powder, salt and milk.
add all ingredients in cooked rice
Mix well and keep aside.

Now open cover of chicken and add chopped green onion and cook for a while.

Grease a baking plate with butter spray.
Put the cooked chicken into rice mixture and mix well and put in baking plate.

Add little grated cheese on top.

top with grated cheese
Bake it for 10 minutes on 200 degree centigrade.
