It
is a very healthy meal with baked chicken, rice and parsley with margarine. It is
very good dish for diabetic patients.
Ingredients
Margarine 2
tbsp
Chopped
garlic 1 tsp
Chopped
onion 1 tbsp
Chopped
mushrooms 50 gm
Chicken
breast pieces 500 gm
White
pepper powder 2 tsp
Cooked
rice 1 bowl
Parsley chopped ½
bowl
Egg 1
Milk 2
tbsp
Chopped
green onion 4 tbsp
Grated
cheese for
garnish
Method
Melt
margarine on a pan, add garlic and onion and sauté.

Then
add chicken and mix well.

Add salt and cover-cook for 5 – 7 minutes.

Within
this time take a mixing bowl, add cooked rice, parsley, egg, white pepper
powder, salt and milk.

well and keep aside.

open cover of chicken and add chopped green onion and cook for a while.

Put
the cooked chicken into rice mixture and mix well and put in baking plate.
