mixed vegetable methi paratha |
It
is a very healthy and tasty paratha specially for diabetic patients.
Ingredients
Wheat
flour 1 bowl
Chopped
beans 2 tbsp
Chopped
cabbage 2 tbsp
Green
peas 1 tbsp
Chopped
bottle gourd 1 tbsp
Chilli
powder ½ tsp
Turmeric
powder ½ tsp
Fenugreek
seed 1 tbsp
Fenugreek
leaves 8 – 10
Chopped
onion 1 tbsp
Chopped
chillies ½ tsp
Curd 2
tbsp
Salt to
taste
Butter
spray as
required
Method
Make
soft dough with wheat flour and rest it for 10 minutes.
Take
a mixing bowl, add green peas, cabbage, bottle gourd, fenugreek leaves &
seed, beans, onion, chillies, salt and mix well.

add chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well.

Add curd and mix well.

Now
put it in grinder and grind it and pour in bowl.
Add
more fenugreek leaves and mix well

Then
roll out a portion of dough and put the filling on it.

Now
fold it and again roll out.
Butter
spray on a pan and put the paratha on it.

Cook
from both sides.
