The crispy chaat sandwich is a chaat
style aloo toast sandwich. It is not only an easy and yummy sandwich recipe but also a very special sandwich recipe.
Ingredients

filling
Boiled
potatoes 2 nos
Boiled
chickpeas ½ cup
Grated
cheese 2 tbsp
Chopped
coriander 1 tbsp
Black
salt a
pinch
Chaat
masala 2 tsp
Pomegranate
seeds 2 tbsp
Red
chilli powder 1 tsp
Roasted
cumin powder 1 tsp
Capsicum 1

Lemon
juice ¼ no
For
garnish
Tamarind
chutney as required
Roasted
papad as required
Pomegranate
seeds 1 tbsp
Cucumber
1 no
Method
To
prepare filling
First chop
boiled potato.

Then keep in mixing bowl, add mash boiled chickpeas.

Then
add grated cheese, chopped coriander, black salt, chaat masala, pomegranate
seeds, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, chopped capsicum, lemon juice
and mix well.

Now
put the filling on a bread piece and cover with another piece.

Heat
oil on a grill-pan.
Grill
the bread from both sides on low flame.

Cut
in pieces and place on serving plate with sliced cucumber, tamarind chutney,
papad and pomegranate seeds.
