Crunchy Chicken Nuggets

Homemade chicken nuggets are so much healthier and tastier than fast food or frozen nuggets, and it’s very easy to make, too. It is prepared by marinating chicken in buttermilk which gives it a delicious flavour.

Ingredients
For marinating
Boneless chicken                      10 nos
Red chilli powder                       1 tsp
Butter milk                                1 cup
Salt                                          to taste
Mustard powder                        1 tsp
Oregano                                   1 tsp
For batter
Egg                                          2 nos
Garlic powder                            1 tsp
Chilli powder                             1 tsp
Salt                                          to taste
Oil                                            to fry.
For coating
Refined flour
Bread crumbs

Method
Take a mixing bowl, add boneless chicken, chilli powder.
Then add butter milk, oregano, mustard powder, salt and mix well.

Keep it for 30 – 35 minutes.
Now take a bowl with refined flour and put the chicken in it.

Coat well and keep on a plate.

To make batter, take egg in a bowl and add chilli powder, garlic powder, salt and mix well.

Take bread crumbs in another bowl.
Heat oil in a pan.
Now dip the coated chicken in egg batter by one hand and coat with bread crumbs with another hand

Then keep on a plate.

Then deep fry these chickens in hot oil on low flame.

Remove on tissue.
