Refined
flour 150 gm
Boiled
potatoes 1 cup

soda ½

Milk 1

green peas ½ cup
Chopped
spring onions 3 tbsp
Water as
required
For
sauce
Tomatoes 250
gm
Roasted
crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
Chopped
mint 1 tsp
Chopped
coriander 1 tsp
Chopped
ginger 1 tsp
Lemon
juice 1 tsp
Chopped
onion ½ cup
Olive
oil 1 tsp
Salt to
taste
Black
pepper to
taste
Method
To
make batter
Take
a blender, put boiled potato, green peas, spring onions, milk and egg then
blend all.

Now
remove this mixture in a mixing bowl, add refined flour, baking soda, salt and
mix well.

Then
add some water and mix well and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
To
make the salsa
Take
a grinder, put chopped tomato, some water, oil and grind it.

Remove
this mixture in a bowl, add roasted crushed cumin, chopped mint, chopped
coriander, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and mix well.

make pancake
Heat
pan, put batter on it and cook on low flame.
