Cranberry Hootycreeks

Cranberry Hootycreeks is welcome holiday delightful cookies. They're crisp and crunchy with dried cranberries and white chocolate.

Ingredients
For batter
Butter                                       1 tbsp
Icing sugar                                2 – 3 tbsp
Brown sugar                              1 – 2 tbsp
Oatmeal flour                            2 – 3 tbsp
Baking powder                          1 tsp
White milk chocolate                 2 – 3 tbsp
For toping
Walnut
Cranberries
For garnish
Brown sugar syrup

Method
To prepare batter
Take a mixing bowl, add butter and beat it well.
Then add icing sugar, brown sugar and mix well.
add icing sugar into beaten butter
Add white chocolate grated, oatmeal flour, all purpose flour, baking powder required water and prepare a thick batter.

Now grease a baking tray with butter spray and put the prepared batter.
pour the batter in baking tray 
Top with walnut and cranberries and bake it for 7 – minutes at 160 degree centigrade.

Once bake take out from oven.
Place one prepared cranberry hootycreeks on serving plate and pour brown sugar syrup on it.

Then place another one on it and put brown sugar syrup on it.

In this same process make 4 to 5 layers.

Then garnish with cranberries and brown sugar syrup.
