Potatoes and, mixed with onion and other
spices, shaped into cutlets, coated with fatten rice and deep-fried will be a sure hit.
Ingredients
Mashed
boiled potatoes 2 – 3 nos.
Flattened
rice flakes ½ cup
Finely
chopped onion 1 no.
Finely
chopped green chillies 3 nos.
Finely
chopped coriander 2 tsp
Finely
chopped mint 2 tsp
Chat
masala 1 tsp
Cumin
powder 1 tsp
Coriander
powder 1 tsp
Lemon
juice 1 tsp
All
purpose flour 2 tbsp
Salt to
taste
For
garnish
Red
cabbage
Carrot
Coriander
Lettuce
Green
chutney
Method
Take
a mixing bowl, add mashed potato, chopped onion, cumin powder, coriander
powder, chat masala, mint, coriander, lemon juice and mix well.

In
another bowl mix all purpose flour and water and make a batter.

Keep
flatten rice flakes in another bowl.
Now
give shape of tikkis to the potato mixture then dip them in batter then coat
with flatten rice flakes.
Now
deep fry the coated tikkis until golden brown.
Garnish
tikkies with red cabbage and carrot juliennes, coriander, lettuce and serve
with green chutney.
