Coconut Caramel Custard

It is a delicious dessert with sugar, coconut milk, milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract.

Ingredients
For custard
Eggs                                        3 nos
Sugar                                       ½ cup
Milk                                          ¼ cup
Coconut milk                             ½ cup
Vanilla essence                         1 tsp
For caramel
Sugar                                       3 tbsp
For garnish
Grated coconut                         as required
Rose petal juliennes                  as required

Method
Take a mixing bowl, add eggs and sugar.
Then blend it with a electric hand blender.

Now add milk, coconut milk, vanilla essence and blend it again.

In a hot pan, add water and sugar and let it caramelize.

Once done, pour the caramel into empty coconut shells.

Then pour the blended custard mixtures on the caramel sugar into the coconut shells.

Now cover with aluminum foil.
Place the filled coconuts shells in a pan then cover and let them steam for 10 – 15 minutes
cover and steam them 
Now open cover then place the coconut shells in bowls.
place them on bowl 
Garnish with grated coconut and rose petal juliennes.

Then keep coconut custard in the fridge to cool.
