Chicken Lollipops

A famous deep fried Chinese starter served with schezwan sauce. Try this easy to make Chicken Lollypop recipe at your home and enjoy

Ingredients
Chicken wings                           12 – 14 nos.
Oil                                             to fry
For batter
Corn flour                                   ½ cup
Refined flour                               ½ cup
Eggs                                         2 nos.
Chilli paste                                1 tbsp
Garlic paste                               1 tbsp
Soya sauce                               2 tsp
Oil                                            1 tbsp
Salt                                           to taste
Black pepper powder                   to taste
To serve
Schezwan sauce                        as required

Method
To prepare batter
Take a mixing bowl, add corn flour, refined flour, eggs, garlic paste, chilli paste, soya sauce and mix well.
put all ingredients in flour
Then add water, salt, black pepper, oil into bowl and mix well.

Coat the chicken wings with the batter.
put chicken wings in batter
Heat oil in a pan.
Now fry the coated chicken wings on low flame till light brown then remove on tissue.
fry till light brown 
Then again put the fried chicken wings on high flame till golden brown 
again fry until golden brown 
And remove on tissue.
remove on tissue 
Now place them on serving plate and serve with schezwan sauce.
