It
is a very healthy meal, cooked gram flour chila with healthy mashroom, paneer,
broccoli, corn fillings.
Ingredients
For
chila
Gram
flour 1
bowl
Chopped
coriander ½ tsp
Chopped
green chillies ½ tsp
Mango
powder ½ tsp
Coriander
powder ½ tsp
Cumin
powder ½ tsp
Turmeric
powder 1 pinch
Salt to
taste
For
filling
Chopped
onion 1 small bowl
Chopped
mushroom 1 small bowl
Chopped
paneer 1 small bowl
Corn 1
small bowl
Chopped
broccoli 1 small bowl
Chopped
tomato 1 small bowl
Tomato
ketchup 2 tbsp
Coriander
chutney 2 tbsp
Salt to
taste
Mango
powder 1 tsp
Oil 1
tbsp
Method
To
make batter
Take
a mixing bowl, add gram flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, chopped
coriander, chopped chillies and mix well, then add water, mix well and make a
batter.
Then
add salt and mango powder and mix well and keep aside.

To
make filling
Heat
oil in a pan, add chopped onion and sauté.
Then
add chopped mushrooms and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.

Now
add chopped paneer, corn, broccoli and mix well.

add turmeric powder, salt, mango powder and cook for a while.

make chilla
Heat
oil on non-stick pan, pour the batter and sprayed it.

it from both sides.

prepare fillings on it then fold it.

to serving plate and serve with ketchup and green chutney.
