Vegetable Lasagne

The delicious Vegetable Lasagne is an Italian staple. It is healthy vegetable mixed with sauce and layered in between of the lasagne sheets. It is very easy to prepare so, try it.

Ingredients
Olive oil                                   2 tbsp
Chopped garlic                         1 tbsp
Chopped onion                         2 tbsp
Green, yellow, red bell pepper    1 tbsp
Chopped broccoli                      1 small bowl
Chopped jukini                          1 small bowl
Chopped tomato                       1 small bowl
Chopped spinach                      2 tbsp
Salt                                          to taste
White pepper powder                 ½ tsp
Lasagne sheet                           6
White sauce                              1 small bowl
Mozzarella cheese                     2 tbsp

Method
Heat oil in pan, add chopped garlic, onion, tomato and sauté.

Then add all vegetables and cook for a while.

Add salt, white pepper powder and mix well (vegetables should be crunchy). Then switch off the oven.
Now grease one baking plate with olive oil and put two lasagne sheets.

The make a thin layer of white sauce on it.
Now put some chopped spinach and vegetable mixture on sauce.

Again place two sheets on vegetables and put sauce on sheets.

In this same way make another two more layersand top with vegetables.
ready to bake
Then bake for 25 minutes at 200 degree centigrade.
