is a yummy healthy snack with tasty chutney.
Ingredients

batter
Cornstarch ¾

juice ½ cup

juice 1 tsp

chutney
Tomatoes 3
nos
Onion 1

garlic 2 tbsp

ginger 2 tsp

curry leaves 2 tsp

Red
chilli powder 1 tsp
Orange
juice 1 cup

Method

After
roast papad immediately put in bowl. It will take the bowl shape.
For
batter
Take
a mixing bowl, add cornstarch, refined flower, chipped ginger, chopped curry
leaves, turmeric, red chilli powder and mix well.

Now
add salt, orange juice, water and make a thick batter. Then keep aside.

marinating
Take
a mixing bowl, add sliced baby corn, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice and mix
well. Then keep aside.

For
chutney
Heat
oil in a pan, add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, chopped curry leaves and stir
well.

Add
chopped tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder and stir well.

Now
add orange juice, cook until it gets soft.

Then
grind this chutney.
For
frying
Mix
the prepared batter in marinated baby corns then deep fry in hot oil until
golden brown.

Remove
on a tissue paper.

Now
add prepared chutney in a bowl.
Add
the fried baby corn on papad bowl with lettuce leave and spring onion.
