Mexican banana flower cutlet

It is Healthy and tasty snack with banana flower and red kidney beans with Mexican Cajun flavour.

Ingredients
Banana flower                           1 no
Red kidney beans                     1 cup
Oil                                            2 tbsp
Cumin seeds                             1 tsp
Chopped garlic                          1 tsp
Chopped green chilli                  1 ½ tsp
Turmeric powder                        1 tsp
Coriander powder                       ½ tsp
Cumin powder                           1 tsp
Cajun spice                               1 ½ tsp
Bread crumbs                            2 tbsp
Lemon juice                              1 no
Bread crumbs                            to coat
Oil                                            1 tbsp
Chutney                                    to serve

Method
First boil red kidney beans.

Within this time take out the flowers and chop them.

Put them in water then drain out and keep a side.

Not heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped onion and sauté.
Add chopped garlic, green chilli, turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder and mix well.
cook all masala with chopped banana flower
Add drained chopped banana flower, salt then cook until it becomes soft.
Now put it in a mixing bowl add boiled and ground red kidney beans, Cajun spice, bread crumbs, lemon juice, required salt and mix well.
For Cajun flavour: (mix one part onion powder with one part garlic powder and 4 parts of garam masala powder)
add red kidney beans and cajun powder
Now make small balls out of this mixture and give them cutlet shapes.
Then coat them with bread crumbs.

Heat oil in a pan and cook the cutlets from both sides.
