It
is a tasty dish, place cooked vegetables on steamed noodles.
Ingredients
Red
bell pepper juliennes 1 tbsp
Carrot
juliennes 1 tbsp
Zucchini
juliennes 1 tbsp
Yellow
squash juliennes 1 tbsp
Broccoli
florets 7 – 8 nos
Ginger juliennes 2
inches
Soy
sauce 2 tsp
Chilli
sauces 1 tsp
Tomato
sauce 3 tsp
Hoisin
sauce 4 tbsp
Chicken
stock as
required
Crushed
black pepper 1 tsp
Honey 1
tsp
Coriander
leaves 7 – 8 nos
Sesame
oil
Method
First
heat water in a pan put salt and keep a strainer filled with boiled noodles on
it and steam.

On
the other oven heat sesame oil, add ginger juliennes, carrot juliennes, red
bell pepper juliennes, green zucchini juliennes, Yellow squash juliennes and
toss them.

Then
add soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, hoisin sauce and mix well.

Add
broccoli florets slices then mix.

Add
require chicken stock, crushed black pepper, coriander and honey and cook for 1
to 1 ½ minutes.
add water and cook |
Now
place steamed noodle on serving plate.
Make
a hole at middle and pour the vegetable mixture into it.

with parsley leaves and serve hot.
