Jam french toast

It is a French toast is special shape with fruits.

Ingredients

Bread slices                              2

Strawberry jam                          as required

For batter

Egg                                          1

Milk                                          ½ cup

Cinnamon powder                      1 tsp

Vanilla essence                         1 - 2 drops

Finely chopped oranges             as required 

Finely chopped kiwi                   as required  

Finely chopped cranberry           as required 

Black raisin                               1

Cinnamon powder                      as required  

Method

First apply strawberry jam on the bread slices and prepare a sandwich.

Now cut this sandwich with the help of a dinosaur shape mould.

Now toast it on a pan.

To prepare batter

Take a bowl, add egg, milk, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence and mix well and coat both sides of the dinosaur.

Then toast and cook it on the pan.

Make one more similar dinosaur sandwich and remove.

Keep these dinosaurs on serving plate and decorate them with finely chopped orange, finely chopped kiwi and finely chopped cranberry.

Then chop one black raisin and make eyes of the dinosaurs. 

Decorate the plate with cinnamon powder. 

Berry jam french toast is ready to serve.
