One eyed monster

one eyed monster
It is a well decorated break-fast dish.

Ingredients
Bread slice                                1
Oil                                            1 tbsp
Egg                                          1
Tomato ketchup                        as required  
Hare olives                                as required
Finely chopped capsicum           as required 

Method
First cut the bread slice from centre with the help of a small ring cutter.
Heat oil in pan and toast the bread slice from both sides.

Now break one egg in the centre and cover the pan until cooked on low flame.
put the egg at centre 
Once cooked remove it, then with the help of a bigger ring cutter cut this bread slice in circle.

Then place this on a plate like one eye and with the help of ketchup draw a monster.

Now on the egg yolk with the help of green olive and finely chopped capsicum make the eye of the monster.

One eyed monster is ready to serve.
