Grilled
chicken cooked with white wine and cooked in grape sauce.
Ingredients
Butter 2
– 3 tbsp
Shallots
finely chopped 4 – 5 tbsp
Dry
rosemary 2 – 3 tbsp
White
wine as
required
Water
as
required
For
sauce
Grapes 250
gm
Cream 2
tbsp
Corn
flour 4 –
5 tbsp
For
serving

Parsley

Method
First
in a plate put chicken breast slit at center.

Add
salt, olive oil, rosemary sprigs.

it and put butter.

Now
heat a grill pan, add olive oil and grill the marinated chicken from both
sides.

On
other oven heat a pan, melt butter, add shallots then stir until pink then add rosemary.

Add the grilled chicken.

Now
add white wine and water then cover and cook for 5 – 7 minutes.

In
the mean time mix corn-flour and white wine in a bowl.
Then
add sliced grapes, cream in chicken.

Keep
the chicken in serving plate.
Now
in the pan add more whole grapes, required water and corn-flour mixture and
cook again.

Pour
the prepared sauce on chicken.

Garnish
with grapes, rosemary, parsley and crushed black pepper and served it with
sauce.
