It is very healthy spinach stuff in roti.
Ingredients
For filling
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Oil 1

Chopped onions 2 tbsp
Chopped tomatoes ¼ cup
Turmeric 1 pinch
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Chickpea masala ½ tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Dry mango powder ½ tsp
Salt to
taste
Caraway seeds ½ tsp
Chopped spinach leaves 1 cup
Grinded chickpeas ½ cup
For wrap
Green chutney as required
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Oil 1
tbsp
Roti 1
To serve
Mayonnaise as required
Method
To make the filling
First pour oil into the pan and heat it.
Then add chopped garlic, chopped onions and
sauté.

Add chopped tomatoes and stir.

Now grind the soaked chickpeas.
Add turmeric, cumin powder, chickpeas
masala, coriander powder, dry mango powder, salt and caraway seeds and mix it
well.
Then add chopped spinach and cook until
soft.

Spread green chutney on the roti / chapati.

Then place the filling on it and add
mayonnaise on top.

Then fold the roti.

Sprinkle oil on the grill and put the
stuffed roti in it and let it cook.
Once cooked take it out and cut it from the
middle.

Pack the wraps with mayonnaise as a dip in
the tiffin.
