Ingredients
Finely chopped french beans ½ cup
Finely chopped cabbage ½ cup
Finely chopped carrots 1 tbsp
Finely chopped green
bell

Finely chopped green chilli 2 tsp
Chopped ginger 1 tsp
Finely chopped corn 1 tbsp
Boiled potato ½ cup
Finely chopped coriander 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper to taste
Finely chopped celery 2 tsp
Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
Grated processed
cheddar cheese 1 cup
Refined flour and water batter as required
Bread crumbs as required
Oil to
fry
For garnish
Mayonnaise as
required
Method
Take a mixing bowl add the finely chopped
french beans and cabbage, finely chopped carrots, finely chopped green bell
pepper, finely chopped green chilli, chopped ginger, finely chopped corn,
boiled potato, finely chopped coriander, salt, crushed black pepper, finely
chopped celery and mix well.

Take a portion of the mixture and stuff the
grated processed cheddar cheese in the middle. Now roll it in the shape of a
ball and make more.
