Ingredients
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Chopped ginger 1 ½ tsp
Chopped garlic 1 ½ tsp
Onion slices ½ cup
Finely chopped red, yellow
and green bell pepper ¼ cup
Finely chopped carrots ¼ cup
Veg. oyster sauce 2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Chopped fresh red chilli ½ tsp
Bean sprouts 1 tbsp
Powdered sugar 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper to taste
Tofu 150
gms
Tart shells 4 - 5
For garnish
Chopped spring onion stalk as required
Method
In a pan add sesame oil, chopped ginger,
chopped garlic, onion slices and saute.

Add finely chopped red, yellow and green
bell peppers and finely chopped carrots and sauté. Add veg. oyster sauce,
vinegar and mix well.

Then add chopped fresh red chilli, bean
sprouts, powdered sugar, crushed black pepper and stir.

Now add tofu.

Properly mash it. Let it cook.

Once cooked, add the filling in the tart
shells and keep on a plate.

Garnish with spring onion stalk.
